หมวด ๑ สัญญาหลักประกันทางธุรกิจ

ในกรณีที่นำกิจการมาเป็นหลักประกัน ให้คู่สัญญาตกลงกันเลือกผู้รับใบอนุญาตคนหนึ่งหรือหลายคนเป็นผู้บังคับหลักประกัน ผู้รับใบอนุญาตซึ่งยินยอมเป็นผู้บังคับหลักประกันต้องมีหนังสือแจ้งให้คู่สัญญาทราบ พร้อมทั้งระบุอัตราหรือจำนวนค่าตอบแทนในการดำเนินการไว้ด้วย
