หมวด ๘ สุขอนามัยของสัตว์น้ำหรือผลิตภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำ

ในกรณีที่ปรากฏว่าในที่จับสัตว์น้ำแห่งใดเกิดสภาวะมลพิษ หรือมีการปนเปื้อนของสารพิษหรือสิ่งอื่นใดที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อมนุษย์หรือต่อสัตว์น้ำเกินมาตรฐานที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด ให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจประกาศห้ามทำการประมงในที่จับสัตว์น้ำแห่งนั้นภายในเวลาที่กำหนดได้
