หมวด ๑๑ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้สนับสนุนหรือได้รับผลตอบแทนจากการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับตัวการในความผิดนั้น เว้นแต่เป็นกรณีที่ผู้กระทำการดังกล่าวเป็นคนประจำเรือ และศาลเห็นว่าเป็นการกระทำไปตามคำสั่งการของเจ้าของเรือหรือผู้ควบคุมเรือ ศาลจะไม่ลงโทษหรือลงโทษผู้นั้นน้อยกว่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นเพียงใดก็ได้
