หมวด ๑๑ บทกำหนดโทษ

ในกรณีที่ผู้กระทำความผิดซึ่งต้องรับโทษตามพระราชกำหนดนี้เป็นนิติบุคคล ถ้าการกระทำความผิดของนิติบุคคลนั้นเกิดจากการสั่งการหรือการกระทำของผู้ใด หรือไม่สั่งการหรือไม่กระทำการอันเป็นหน้าที่ที่ต้องกระทำของผู้ใด ผู้นั้นต้องรับโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นด้วย
