บรรดาพระราชกฤษฎีกา กฎกระทรวง ประกาศ ระเบียบ หรือคำสั่งที่ออกตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการประมงที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชกำหนดนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชกำหนดนี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวง ประกาศ ระเบียบ หรือคำสั่งตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ใช้บังคับ
