ส่วนที่ ๑ คณะกรรมการนโยบายการประมงแห่งชาติ

เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายตามมาตรา ๑๙ ให้กรมประมงดำเนินการจัดทำแผนบริหารจัดการการประมงให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายดังกล่าวเสนอ คณะกรรมการพิจารณา และเสนอคณะรัฐมนตรีเพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบ เพื่อให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องถือปฏิบัติต่อไป
