หมวด ๕ มาตรการอนุรักษ์และบริหารจัดการ

ผู้ใดโดยเจตนาหรือโดยประมาททำให้ที่จับสัตว์น้ำเกิดมลพิษในลักษณะที่น่าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่สัตว์น้ำ ต้องรับผิดในค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งปวงในการช่วยเหลือหรือป้องกันชีวิตสัตว์น้ำและทำให้ที่จับสัตว์น้ำฟื้นฟูกลับสู่สภาพตามธรรมชาติ ทั้งนี้ ตามที่อธิบดีกำหนด
