มิให้นำความในมาตรา ๒๖ มาตรา ๔๔ มาตรา ๗๕ และมาตรา ๑๑๘ (๑) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการซื้อขายสินค้าเกษตรล่วงหน้า พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ มาใช้บังคับกับศูนย์ซื้อขายสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าและผู้ประกอบธุรกิจสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าหรือตัวแปรที่คณะกรรมการ ก.ล.ต. ประกาศกำหนดโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะรัฐมนตรี
