หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการกำลังพลสำรอง

ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ คกส. อาจขอให้ส่วนราชการ รัฐวิสาหกิจ หน่วยงานอื่นของรัฐ และเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐส่งข้อมูลหรือเอกสารใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องมาเพื่อใช้ประกอบการพิจารณา หรืออาจขอให้บุคคลใด ๆ มาชี้แจงด้วยก็ได้
