ส่วนที่ ๑ การเป็นกำลังพลสำรอง
(๑) ครบกำหนดเวลาการเป็นกำลังพลสำรองตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงซึ่งออกตามมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคสอง (๒) เข้ารับราชการทหารตามมาตรา ๓๐ (๓) กรณีอื่นตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
