กำลังพลสำรองตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ได้รับยกเว้นการเรียกพลเพื่อตรวจสอบ เพื่อฝึกวิชาทหาร หรือเพื่อทดลองความพรั่งพร้อม และการระดมพลตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการรับราชการทหาร และให้การดำเนินการในเรื่องดังกล่าวเป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้แทน
