ส่วนที่ ๓ การแจ้ง

ในกรณีที่กำลังพลสำรองประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานที่ติดต่อตามมาตรา ๓๑ ให้กำลังพลสำรองแจ้งไปยังหน่วยทหารที่ตนมีรายชื่อบรรจุอยู่ตามแบบที่กำหนดในข้อบังคับ และเมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้รับแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวแล้ว ให้ถือว่าสถานที่ดังกล่าวเป็นสถานที่ติดต่อ
