ส่วนที่ ๔ ว่าด้วยการบรรทุกส่ง

ข้อที่กรมรถไฟแผ่นดินจะต้องรับผิดชอบ ในการที่ผู้โดยสารต้องบาดเจ็บเสียหายก็ดี หรือว่าครุภาระ ห่อวัตถุ หรือสินค้า ซึ่งรับบรรทุกนั้นแตกหักสูญหายก็ดี หรือว่าการบรรทุกส่งนั้นช้าไปก็ดี ท่านให้บังคับตามพระราชกำหนดกฎหมายส่วนแพ่ง ว่าด้วยการบรรทุกส่ง เว้นไว้แต่จะต้องด้วยบทมาตราดังจะกล่าวต่อไปในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จึงให้ใช้บทมาตรานั้น ๆ บังคับ
