หมวด ๔ การพักใช้ใบอนุญาต การเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต และการลบชื่อออกจากทะเบียน

ในกรณีที่ปรากฏว่าผู้ให้บริการผู้ใดขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่กำหนดในมาตรา ๒๓ ให้ผู้อนุญาตลบชื่อผู้ให้บริการนั้นออกจากทะเบียน
