การบังคับตามคำสั่งของศาลตามความในมาตรา ๔๖ หรือการร้องขอให้ศาลสั่งให้ใช้เงินเมื่อผู้ทำทัณฑ์บนประพฤติผิดทัณฑ์บนตามความในมาตรา ๔๗ นั้น ถ้ามิได้บังคับหรือร้องขอภายในกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันที่ศาลมีคำสั่งหรือนับแต่วันที่ผู้ทำทัณฑ์บนประพฤติผิดทัณฑ์บน จะบังคับหรือร้องขอมิได้
