หมวด ๑ ความผิดต่อเจ้าพนักงานในการยุติธรรม

ผู้ใดใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ให้ประโยชน์หรือรับว่าจะให้ประโยชน์ เพื่อกีดกันหรือขัดขวางการขายทอดตลาดของเจ้าพนักงานเนื่องจากคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาล ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
