ผู้ใดก่อให้เกิดการวุ่นวายขึ้นในที่ประชุมศาสนิกชนเวลาประชุมกัน นมัสการหรือกระทำพิธีกรรมตามศาสนาใด ๆ โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
