ลักษณะ ๖ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการก่อให้เกิดภยันตรายต่อประชาชน

ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ แก่สิ่งที่ใช้ในการผลิต ในการส่งพลังงานไฟฟ้าหรือในการส่งน้ำ จนเป็นเหตุให้ประชาชนขาดความสะดวก หรือน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่ประชาชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
