หมวด ๑ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับเงินตรา

ผู้ใดกระทำโดยทุจริตให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ซึ่งรัฐบาลออกใช้มีน้ำหนักลดลง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท ผู้ใดนำเข้าในราชอาณาจักร นำออกใช้หรือมีไว้เพื่อนำออกใช้ซึ่งเหรียญกษาปณ์ที่มีผู้กระทำโดยทุจริตให้น้ำหนักลดลงตามความในวรรคแรก ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน
