ผู้ใดนำเข้าในหรือส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรซึ่งสิ่งใด ๆ ตามมาตรา ๒๖๙/๑ หรือมาตรา ๒๖๙/๒ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หกหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
