ผู้ใดเสพสุราหรือของเมาอย่างอื่น จนเป็นเหตุให้ตนเมา ประพฤติวุ่นวายหรือครองสติไม่ได้ขณะอยู่ในถนนสาธารณะ หรือสาธารณสถาน ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
