Section 8 พระราชบัญญัติเหรียญศารทูลมาลา พระพุทธศักราช 2468

ผู้ใดซึ่งเป็นผู้สมควรจะได้รับพระราชทานตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้แล้ว แต่ผู้นั้นประพฤติชั่วอย่างใด ๆ ซึ่งทรงพระดำริเห็นว่ายังไม่ควรจะพระราชทานก็จะโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้งดไว้ ยังไม่พระราชทาน หรือถ้าได้รับพระราชทานไปแล้วภายหลังปรากฏว่าเป็นผู้ประพฤติชั่วตามที่กล่าวมาแล้ว จะโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้เรียกเหรียญและประกาศนียบัตรคืนตามพระราชดำริเห็นสมควร
