ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการหรือคณะอนุกรรมการตามมาตรา ๒๐ โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
