หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

ในคดีค้ามนุษย์ ถ้าศาลเห็นว่าผู้กระทำความผิดผู้ใดได้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญและเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในการปราบปรามการกระทำความผิดตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ต่อพนักงานฝ่ายปกครอง หรือตำรวจ หรือพนักงานสอบสวน ศาลจะลงโทษผู้นั้นน้อยกว่าอัตราโทษขั้นต่ำที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นก็ได้
