หมวด ๒ วิธีพิจารณาในศาลชั้นต้น

ฟ้องต้องทำเป็นหนังสือมีข้อความตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๑๕๘ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา ในกรณีที่ศาลเห็นว่าฟ้องไม่ถูกต้อง ให้ศาลมีคำสั่งให้โจทก์แก้ฟ้องให้ถูกต้อง
