บรรดาคดีค้ามนุษย์ที่ค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลใดในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ศาลซึ่งคดีนั้นค้างพิจารณาอยู่คงมีอำนาจพิจารณาพิพากษาต่อไป และให้นำกฎหมายซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ มาใช้บังคับจนกว่าคดีนั้นจะถึงที่สุด
