บุคคลใดประกอบการอาชีพขายทอดตลาดหรือค้าของเก่าอยู่ในวันประกาศใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ท่านให้ยื่นคำร้องขอรับใบอนุญาตภายในกำหนดสามเดือนนับแต่วันใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้เป็นต้นไป
