บรรดากฎกระทรวง ประกาศ หรือระเบียบที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติพลังงานปรมาณูเพื่อสันติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๔ ที่ใช้อยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวง ประกาศ หรือระเบียบตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่เกินสองร้อยเจ็ดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
