หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการคุมประพฤติ

นอกจากการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพ้นจากตำแหน่งเมื่อ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๗ (๔) รัฐมนตรีให้ออกจากตำแหน่ง เพราะบกพร่องหรือไม่สุจริตต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสียหรือหย่อนความสามารถ
