ส่วนที่ ๒ หน้าที่และการงานของผู้ต้องขัง

ผู้ต้องขังไม่มีสิทธิได้ค่าจ้างจากการงานที่ได้ทำ แต่ในกรณีที่การงานที่ได้ทำไปนั้นก่อให้เกิดรายได้ซึ่งคำนวณเป็นราคาเงินได้ ผู้ต้องขังอาจได้รับเงินรางวัลตอบแทนจากการงานนั้นได้ การคำนวณรายได้เป็นราคาเงินและการจ่ายเงินรางวัล ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
