ในกรณีที่มีการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือใด ๆ ในโรงอุตสาหกรรมหรือสถานบริการตามมาตรา ๑๒๐ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่จะใช้ปริมาณสินค้าหรือปริมาณรายรับที่คำนวณได้จากอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือดังกล่าวเป็นเกณฑ์ในการจัดเก็บภาษีก็ได้
