ส่วนที่ ๑๑ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่

เพื่อประโยชน์ในการบังคับชำระภาษี สินค้าที่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ยึดหรืออายัดไว้ตามมาตรา ๑๒๘ ถ้าพนักงานอัยการสั่งเด็ดขาดไม่ฟ้องคดีหรือศาลไม่พิพากษาให้ริบ และปรากฏว่าสินค้านั้นยังไม่ได้เสียภาษี ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจยึดหรืออายัดต่อไปจนกว่าจะได้รับชำระภาษีครบถ้วน
