เงินที่ได้จากการขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์สินให้หักไว้เป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการยึด อายัด และขายทอดตลาด เหลือเท่าใดให้ชำระเป็นค่าภาษี ถ้ายังมีเงินเหลืออยู่อีกให้คืนแก่เจ้าของทรัพย์สินนั้น
