ส่วนที่ ๑๕ การจัดเก็บเงินภาษีเพิ่มขึ้นเพื่อราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น

ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่หรือเจ้าพนักงานสรรพสามิต ส่งมอบเงินภาษีที่เก็บเพิ่มขึ้นตามมาตรา ๑๕๐ ให้แก่กระทรวงมหาดไทย โดยหักค่าใช้จ่ายไว้ร้อยละห้าของเงินภาษีที่เก็บเพิ่มขึ้นได้
