ส่วนที่ ๒ ยาสูบ

เมื่อเจ้าพนักงานสรรพสามิตต้องการทราบชนิดและปริมาณของเมล็ดพันธุ์ยาสูบ ใบยา ยาสูบ หรือต้องการทราบรายละเอียดในการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการเพาะปลูกต้นยาสูบ การผลิตยาสูบให้ผู้เพาะปลูกต้นยาสูบ ผู้บ่มใบยา หรือผู้ประกอบอุตสาหกรรม แล้วแต่กรณี แจ้งให้เจ้าพนักงานสรรพสามิตทราบ
