เจ้าของคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตตั้งคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนค่าธรรมเนียมคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนรายปี หรือค่าธรรมเนียมใบแทนใบอนุญาตตั้งคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนตามที่กำหนดไว้ในบัญชีอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมท้ายพระราชบัญญัตินี้
