ส่วนที่ ๔ คลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บน

ผู้ที่จะเข้าไปในคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้นและเข้าไปต่อหน้าเจ้าพนักงานสรรพสามิตซึ่งอยู่ประจำคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนนั้น หรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากอธิบดี
