ส่วนที่ ๖ แสตมป์สรรพสามิตและเครื่องหมายแสดงการเสียภาษี

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดมีไว้ในครอบครองซึ่งแสตมป์สรรพสามิตปลอมหรือแสตมป์สรรพสามิตที่ใช้แล้วเพื่อขายหรือจำหน่าย หรือเพื่อนำออกใช้ โดยรู้ว่าเป็นแสตมป์สรรพสามิตปลอมหรือแสตมป์สรรพสามิตที่ใช้แล้ว เว้นแต่เป็นการครอบครองแสตมป์สรรพสามิตที่ใช้แล้วเพื่อขายหรือจำหน่าย สำหรับการสะสม
