ส่วนที่ ๑ การประกอบธุรกิจแร่

ในกรณีที่ใบอนุญาตครอบครองแร่สิ้นอายุและผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตไม่ได้ยื่นขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาต หรือไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ให้แร่นั้นตกเป็นของแผ่นดิน และให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๖๓ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
