ส่วนที่ ๑ การยกคำขอ
(๑) ขาดนัดในการนำรังวัดโดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร
(๒) ละเลยเพิกเฉยไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งสั่งให้ดำเนินการตามความจำเป็นเพื่อออกอาชญาบัตรผูกขาดสำรวจแร่หรืออาชญาบัตรพิเศษ
(๓) กระทำการฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามบทบัญญัติในหมวด ๔ หรือรู้เห็นเป็นใจในการกระทำเช่นว่านั้น
