ส่วนที่ ๑ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่

ในกรณีที่ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งที่ออกตามมาตรา ๑๔๓ (๒) ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่รายงานต่ออธิบดี ผู้ออกอาชญาบัตร ผู้ออกประทานบัตร หรือผู้ออกใบอนุญาต เพื่อพิจารณาพักใช้หรือเพิกถอนอาชญาบัตร ประทานบัตร ใบอนุญาต หรือระงับการประกอบกิจการต่อไป
