(๑) ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ให้ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนกลาง ณ กองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล
(๒) ในจังหวัดอื่น ให้ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนจังหวัด ณ กองบังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัด
