หมวด ๔ การควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ
(๑) ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีรูปลักษณะทำให้เข้าใจได้ว่าเป็นสิ่งเลียนแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ
(๒) ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่บริโภคโดยวิธีสูบและมีสารที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพตามที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดโดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมการ
(๓) หีบห่อของผลิตภัณฑ์ตาม (๑) และ (๒)
