หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบแห่งชาติ

นอกจากการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพ้นจากตำแหน่ง เมื่อ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) คณะรัฐมนตรีให้ออก เพราะบกพร่องหรือไม่สุจริตต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสียหรือหย่อนความสามารถ
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๗
