ส่วนที่ ๑ การนำของเข้าและการส่งของออกทางทะเล

ในกรณีที่มีการส่งมอบอาวุธปืน กระสุนปืน ดินปืน หรือวัตถุระเบิดไว้แก่พนักงานศุลกากรตามมาตรา ๖๗ (๔) เมื่อเรือลำนั้นจะออกจากเขตท่าที่เป็นด่านศุลกากร ให้คืนของดังกล่าวแก่นายเรือ
