หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

บรรดาบัญชี เอกสารและหลักฐานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเสียอากร หรือการปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ถ้าทำเป็นภาษาต่างประเทศ อธิบดีอาจสั่งให้ผู้ยื่นบัญชี เอกสารหรือหลักฐานดังกล่าว จัดการแปลเป็นภาษาไทยให้เสร็จและส่งภายในกำหนดเวลาที่เห็นสมควร
