ส่วนที่ ๒ การนำของเข้าและการส่งของออกทางบก

กรณีการขนส่งของผ่านเขตแดนทางบกเข้ามาในหรือส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร โดยมิได้ใช้ยานพาหนะ หรือใช้ยานพาหนะที่ไม่มีเครื่องยนต์ หรือใช้สัตว์พาหนะ ผู้ขนส่งต้องหยุดที่ด่านพรมแดน และให้พนักงานศุลกากรมีอำนาจตรวจของที่ขนส่ง ตลอดจนยานพาหนะหรือสัตว์พาหนะที่ใช้ในการขนส่งนั้น และให้ผู้ขนส่งทำบัญชีเกี่ยวกับของที่ขนส่งนั้น โดยมีรายละเอียดตามสมควร
