ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๔๕ ต้องระวางโทษปรับสองหมื่นบาท และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละห้าพันบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนอยู่
