บรรดาคำขอที่ได้ยื่นไว้ตามพระราชบัญญัติการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ และพระราชกำหนดการนำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานกับนายจ้างในประเทศ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ ก่อนวันที่พระราชกำหนดนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ถือว่าเป็นคำขอที่ได้ยื่นไว้ตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ และให้อธิบดีเรียกเอกสารหรือหลักฐานประกอบคำขอที่กำหนดไว้ตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ให้ครบถ้วน
