ส่วนที่ ๒ การประกอบธุรกิจการนำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานกับนายจ้างในประเทศ

ผู้รับอนุญาตให้นำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานที่ประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนผู้จัดการผู้มีอำนาจกระทำการแทนนิติบุคคล ให้แจ้งต่อนายทะเบียนล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสิบห้าวัน
